Not easy to be good janitor or cleaner!

Our Company doesnt have janitor anymore and All the Staff have to take responsibility of this stuff. Unfortunately, We cant fulfill this duty well (especially is me - A girl should be an example for others to follow) I can clean my house well, why here, I am afraid of doing so well, because here there is person who remind me have to do well. At home i have no one to remind, even my Mom clean for us. Therefore I dont know what to do now when I am the person who is charge of checking and reminding others. How can I remind while I also dont fulfill it! Huhu, I dont want to clean more and also dont want to be reminded about this stuff! I am lack of responsibility!Huhu
